User Painpoints

  • "My son is 7 years old, he needs help logging into different apps."

  • "my 6 years old son is not tech-savvy".

  • "I lost the paper that sent by my teacher that contains the password."

  • "Apps are messy - I have to open/close different apps in my device."

  • "Assignments link are in different areas, It's intuitive to see it in one place."

  • "I cannot read it properly, I am color blind and too small"

  • "Lack of communication/proactivity. Can you notify me if I missed something?"

  • "Poor branding, too many colors, makes my eyes hurt, inconsistency in design.”

Overview

Backpak will help the school and its students with the digital ecosystem for in-class and at-home learning. It is very essential now that we have events regarding distancing and could be a future solution for the school system.

Objective

Is to create a service that provides an all-in-one platform for Teacher, students, and their parents.

Problems

Students - They did not have easy access and all-in-one-place tool to communicate with their teachers

Teachers - They have to use different apps to make lesson plans and communicate with their students.

Parents - Are having a hard time checking and help their kids’ lessons and what's going on in school.
